🔧 Turn Your Computer into a Powerful CNC Controller

When you purchase the license, you’ll receive the installer of the latest Mach3 version (to be used with your own license)
and the full English translation of the software.

If it’s also intended for one of our milling machines, you’ll receive the specific configuration for your model.

We can also customize your screen sets, and develop M-codes, function buttons, macros, or scripts
to adapt Mach3 to your specific CNC or router requirements.

💡 A Modern and Intuitive Interface

This custom Mach3 “Skin”, developed by our team, fixes many of the original Mach3 bugs
and provides a much more intuitive and stable user interface.

📦 Includes:

  • Mach3 Spirit of Maker 3–5 Axis Screen Set (Standard) + 2 years of updates

  • Specific macros to be placed in the “macro” folder

  • Bitmap files

  • PDF installation guide

  • MP4 video tutorial showing the full installation process

🎁 Bonus: Spirit of Makers 2025 – 3–5 Axis Edition

This screen set is the reference for CNC machines using an automatic tool changer (ATC) under Mach3.

Designed for CNC routers with high-speed ATC spindles and ISO20 / ISO30 tool holders.

⚙️ Key Features

  • Assign up to 98 tools to any rack position (no limitation to slots 1–10).

  • Each tool is measured only once when first inserted – the offset is stored automatically.

  • The tool change process takes 20–30 seconds depending on your machine.

  • Tools #100 to #255 are managed manually, and will be measured before each machining cycle.

  • You can combine 9 automatic tools and up to 155 manual tools in the same program
(via a button to manually release the tool holder).

  • Tool break detection: enable per tool.
If a broken or shorter tool is detected, the machine pauses, asks for a replacement,
    re-measures automatically, then resumes machining.

  • 3 programmable outputs supported (e.g., vise, coolant pump, air blower).

  • Spindle open/close managed through OUTPUT3.

  • Full ATC management without requiring “spindle open/close” input sensors.

🧰 Screen Overview

🖥️ Main Screen

All essential functions are available:
Tool height measurement, axis movements, open and run G-code, etc.

🔄 ATC Tool Change Screen

Define tool positions and Xlib, Ylib, Zlib coordinates for tool release or pick-up
(whether from a top rack or side grippers).
For rotary-type tool changers, contact us for a specific version.

📏 Tool Measurement Screen

Define the fixed tool probe position.
If you use a mobile probe, you can measure directly on the part using “Measure on Workpiece”.
The function automatically compensates the probe thickness and sets Z=0 on the surface.
Today this function is less used since automatic tool length measurement handles offsets (WCS, G54, G55, etc.) reliably.
Calibration measures the spindle without tool (T0) to determine the other tool lengths.
⚠️ Never use T0 in your machining programs.

📐 Workpiece Search Screen

Find your workpiece origin, measure height, and more.

⚠️ Important Notice

The supplied macros are designed for our 3D probes and controllers.
If they do not work with your hardware, please contact your sensor manufacturer
or request a custom macro adaptation quote from us.

🎁 Extra Bonus

Machining Speed & Feed Calculator included.
